Reservation Policy
Chichen Itza Experience's booking department offers its services from 5:00 am. until 9 pm, 364 days of the year. On January 1st of every year, we do not operate any of our excursions.
The best time to make your reservations is from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. After this time, it is recommended to confirm spaces before purchasing. Starting from 7:30 pm, the organization of the next day's operation begins, and the spaces for excursions are subject to availability, given the capacity of buses and vans that the company has.

Cancellation Policy
The client may make cancellations without penalty up to 24 hours before the date and time agreed upon for the contracted excursion. Cancellations made in less time than the above mentioned will cause penalties of up to 100% of the cost of the excursion, such percentage will be determined by Cancun Passion's General Management.
Minimum charge for NO SHOW will be 50%.
“No show” means that the guest is not at the agreed pick up place on time and in the correct manner. Our units have a tolerance of 5 minutes of waiting and then leave a “no show” note at the hotel, addressed to the guest and also communicate with the base to report the “no show” before leaving.
The “no show” will have a penalty of 100% of the cost of the excursion, unless the “no show” is caused by “force majeure”, such as emergencies in which the guest is not responsible, in which cases Chichen Itza Experience will not apply charges.
In case of illness of any of the participants it is necessary to send us a medical certificate, in order to authorize total or partial reimbursement of the cost of the excursion, depending on the case.
In case of NO SHOW for private services, the charge is 100%.
NO SHOWS, who reschedule, will have an additional operation charge of $20.00 USD per person to be paid when boarding on the day of rescheduling.
